Warwick’s Acquisition Business identifies independent brokers, investment managers and asset management companies who are looking for succession planning, or seeking a means of exiting the market and realising the value inherent in their business. A National Manager coordinates the Acquisition Business via a highly professional team of Regional Specialists based in each Warwick office. Each year, hundreds of potential businesses are considered and, following a successful due diligence process, many are then merged with Warwick.
