Warwick acquires companies that cater for both local and international investment, wills trusts and executorships, short-term cover, life insurance, health and disability cover clients.
A National Manager coordinates the Acquisition Business via a highly professional team of Regional Specialists and Broker Managers based in each Warwick office. Each year, hundreds of potential businesses are considered and, following a successfully due diligence process, many are then merged with Warwick.
Many brokers are looking to retire from the industry, after years of growing and nurturing their own successful businesses. The reasons for wanting to leave the industry are varied but they do not matter as Warwick has the solution they require. When retiring, they obviously want to realise a fair value for their business, or simply create a unique level of pension for themselves and their families.
After an acquisition is concluded, brokers can remain involved with Warwick and their clients if they so wish. They continue to earn an income without the administrative and overhead cost burden and their clients continue to receive a superior service from the Warwick team, a level of service Warwick believe is unsurpassed in South Africa.
