Finance and operations

Warwick’s South African head office is in Cape Town and this is where the majority of its financial, operations and administration team is based.

Warwick's national manager also has staff in each region to handle their individual operational and administration requirements. There are three components to this particular business unit:

Finance:

  • This being the company’s own financial controls, records and management. It includes budgeting and accounts as well as the ongoing audit process.

Operations:

  • Basically the offices, their services and other requirements. The staff, their contracts and other human resources needs.

Administration:

  • Ensuring that all administration is well processed, documented and has an established workflow that is never compromised. This process is mainly conducted out of the Cape Town head office.
