Intermediary Agreements

Through the signing of a Warwick Intermediary Agreement Independent Brokers are offered the ability to introduce their clients to Warwick’s world class products and services namely, Invest, Cash, Cover, Trust, Global and Assured.

Highly professional Warwick Broker Managers act as the link between the Broker and Warwick. Visiting and liaising with the Broker on a regular basis, to build a long term relationship. When the Broker has a client that they wish to introduce they contact the Warwick Broker Manager who then facilitates the process via a qualified Warwick Investment Manager or Product Specialist.

The Warwick Investment Manager or Product Specialist will then sit with the brokers client and handle all aspects of the products required, including the FICA and other compliance requirements, the risk and needs profiling and all other necessary processes needed to ensure that the client receives the very best professional advice and guidance.

Succession Planning

It is a lonely world for many independent brokers and with the FSB requirements for succession planning and continuity increasing each year, such planning is proving difficult for many brokers. Warwick can assist in this regard, adding value to the broker and ensuring that a quality life-long pension is established for them, their spouse and family.

Succession planning is established, if required, as part of the Intermediary Agreement and this position can then exist for many years to come. Once succession is activated, which is only at the request of the Broker under an Intermediary Agreement, Warwick will switch the Broker to its highly respected and successful Acquisition Agreement, brokers can remain involved if they so wish. The Broker continues to earn an income without the administrative and overhead cost burden and their clients continue to receive a superior service from our team, a level of service unsurpassed in South Africa.

Even after the broker has passed away his or her spouse and family continue to benefit and peace of mind is guaranteed for all parties involved, the clients, the broker, the brokers family and the regulators.
