Management Structure

The Warwick Private Wealth group structure is a simple and effective one that was developed with its clients' needs top of mind.

The CEO, Ian Kilbride, heads an Executive Committee that oversees three main areas of operation: the first is its six Product Divisions, each supervised by a National Product Manager; the second is its three Business Units, Finance and Operations, Acquisition Business and Organic Business, each is administered by a National Business Unit Manager; and third are the Regional Operations in the Group's four main geographical areas of operation, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Durban and Johannesburg, each of which is overseen by Regional Managers.

The net result of this structure is that Warwick's clients are assured of a smooth and crafted service.
