KIDS was founded in April 1994 in the same year and indeed month, of South Africa’s birth as a democracy. KIDS has grown to become a recognised name in the world of education and it has assisted hundreds of children from disadvantaged homes.

Warwick Chairman and CEO Ian Kilbride was the founder of KIDS along with Tessa de Beer Smit and remains its active and fully committed Chairman. Constantia Valley Association (CVA)

Warwick is a founder member of the CVA - an organisation that now represents around 100 companies, all based in what is widely respected as the most prestigious and exclusive valley in South Africa, namely Constantia.

Beautiful hotels, stunning restaurants, eight exceptional wine farms, top quality stores and service companies have all come together to promote Constantia as a world class destination for all visitors, as well as the traditional wine tourist. At the same time all members support each other’s services where possible as well as the smaller and newly established companies based in the valley.

Warwick provides many services to the CVA pro bono and Warwick's chairman and CEO, Ian Kilbride, is the current CVA Chairman.
