Wills

A will is a legal document which must be drawn in accordance with a set of legal rules, and the law is always changing. Though in most cases a simple will probably would satisy these legal requirements, in many instances this may not be true. Whatever your situation, we advise that you draw up or update your existing will as soon as possible.

It is of the utmost importance that your estate, however large or small it may be, is a well-planned and organized as possible.

If you wish us to draw up your will, please complete one of our confidential instructions forms which are available at all our offices or by request via e-mail.

We do not charge any fee for the drawing of a will, if we are nominated as executors to the estate. Do not hesitate to contact our trustee department or any one of our representatives, for any information or assistance you may require. If necessary, arrangements can be made to call on you.

We recommend that a financial analysis of your estate be undertaken at the time you draw your will. We can arrange for one of our Investment Managers to advise you on all aspects of esate planning, investments generally and insurance requirements.
