
Mr. Ian Kilbride graduated from Warwick University’s School of Law in 1984 and has spent the years since 1987 working in the financial services industry. He is an approved director and asset manager in four regulated jurisdictions: Isle of Man, Guernsey, Mauritius and South Africa.
He is a member of the South African Investment Analysts Society, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and a member of the Financial Planning Institute. Kilbride has been involved over the last ten years in the formation of several trust and investment operations, principally in the "Private Wealth Management" field. In that time he has also acted as CEO and or director of listed companies on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). In each case his family were, or became, material shareholders in those entities.
Kilbride was the founder of Appleton in 1992, a company that was exclusively focused on private clients, it listed in 1999 and he sold his stake to management in 2000.
He has sat on the Legal and Compliance Committee of the Fund Managers Association of South Africa (FMASA)and was one of the associations founding members in 1995. He is, in addition, a Commissioner of Oaths in South Africa.
Kilbride is the Chairman Trustee, of the KiDS Foundation (www.kidsfoundation.co.za) , a charitable educational trust he set up in 1994 with a close friend Tessa DeBeer-Smit. In 2008 the foundation celebrates its 14th anniversary and now educates 100 disadvantaged children across South Africa.
Born in Lancashire, England in 1962, Kilbride is divorced with two sons, he lives in Cape Town South Africa, where he has lived for nearly eighteen years. He remains, however, a committed Evertonian!

Mr Stephen Wallace, an accountant by profession, has been involved in the financial services industry since the early 1990's. He was involved with The Appleton Group as a Financial Advisor and Client Servicing Manager looking after private clients.
He took up a position within The Warwick Group in 2002 and is responsible for Client Portfolio Management, Client Investment Management, Estate Planning and Last Will and Testaments.

Rodney Reid is a graduate of Rhodes University, holding a B. Comm. Degree in Economics and Business Economics. He is a Certificated Associate of the Institute of Bankers of Southern Africa, a fellow of the SA Institute of Financial Markets and holds a certificate in Advanced Financial Management issued by the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators and has attended the Portfolio Management Programme of the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town.
Rodney has spent his entire working life in the fund management industry where he has served as Group Investment Manager of the Norwich Union Life Assurance Society. He was the Senior Manager of Syfrets Limited, responsible for the management of all trust funds and compliance issues. He was subsequently appointed Group Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Appleton Group Ltd.
Rodney has served as Chairman of the Fund Managers Association of South Africa and as an Executive Director of its successor, the Investment Management Association of South Africa.
He is a past Chairman of the South African Institute of Financial Markets and was appointed by the Minister of Finance to serve three successive terms as a member of The Financial Markets Advisory Board.
He has served as a past member of the Consultative Advisory Group of the Public Accountants and Auditors Board and represented IMASA on the Fund Management Interest Group of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Rodney was born in South Africa, and is married with three children and six grandchildren.

Mr William Kilbride is a surveyor by profession and is a member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
His main responsibility is to co ordinate the Company sponsorship of affiliated Bowling Clubs in the Western Cape. In this role he has visited every Club in the Western Province and the Boland and most clubs in the Eastern Province and Southern Cape.
He is a trustee of the KIDS Foundation, a charitable educational trust set up in 1994.
Kilbride has been a Rotarian for over 30 yrs. He is presently a member and Past President of Hout Bay Rotary Club.
A keen sportsman and former professional Rugby League player, he keeps in trim on the golf Course and bowling greens. A Lancastrian by birth and a keen supporter of Everton FC.

Peter G Radford (British), born 1957, was appointed Managing Director of Bordeaux Services (Guernsey) Limited on its incorporation in 1997. He was born and educated in Guernsey where he started his career with BDO Reads in 1978 after completing an honours degree in business studies.
Peter’s subsequent career took him to Executive Management Trust in Amsterdam in 1981 and to Fisher Hoffman Stride in Johannesburg in 1983. From 1986 to 1991 he was Managing Director of the Abroad Spectrum Group based in Durban, South Africa.
Leaving South Africa in 1991 Peter returned to Guernsey to develop the fund administration and asset management business of the Havelet Trust Group. He holds a number of directorships within the Genesis Fund Management group and a range of Guernsey-based mutual fund companies and investment companies.
Peter is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is also a Fellow of the Securities and Investment Institute and of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
